Jeff Aaron represents private and public sector clients throughout Florida in complex commercial litigation and governmental actions. His versatile experience ranges from election law and government affairs to intellectual property and technology matters. Jeff collaborates with clients operating across a range of sectors, including government, higher education, and technology, among others. Known for his natural leadership abilities and valuable governmental insights, Jeff was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve on the Sixth District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission and was subsequently elected to serve as its chair.

Prior to founding Downs Aaron, Jeff served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Jeffrey Levenson of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He also served as a law clerk in Florida Governor Rick Scott’s Office of the General Counsel, at William Morris Endeavor’s Music Division, and at the University of Florida’s Office of the Vice President and General Counsel.
